How to Succeed In Relationships without really trying

Have you ever fallen in love at first sight?   Or did you Fall in love with your best friend?  Are you still looking for a better partner?  Do work and family dynamics cause you frustration?  Each of us has a unique way of connecting to others.  At this retreat, we will use Human Design charts to tell you where you create these electromagnetic connections and what is your very unique way of finding love and harmony in all your relationships.  

We will also explore how the law of attraction works in all of our interactions. Each of us has a way of attracting relationships that help us grow, yet often we repeat those same patterns over again.  At this retreat, we will teach you not only how to level up your own point of attraction but also how to embrace your current relationships to boost you forward into the most powerful relationships ever, with yourself and those around you. 

The intention of the weekend is for you to go home feeling enthusiastic about all your interactions and to form new connections that bolster your confidence.  Our hope is for you to find a new resolve to stay connected to yourself through each encounter.  Whether it's a new or old relationship, your balance can create a whirlwind of harmony and peace in YOUR world. 

Brenda Stoeke with be joining us on this retreat. We will have workshops that encompass both Human Design consulting as well as applying the Law of Attraction in a very approachable way. Every retreat attendee will receive a gift certificate for 1 hour of coaching with Brenda (a $200 value) and a free yoga class at enLiven studio in Saratoga.

Brenda O'Brien will also be joining us. Through a combination of her skills as a transpersonal counselor, dowser, Feng Shui consultant, Raiki master, crystal therapeutics practitioner and space clearing specialist, she will be on hand to improve every part of your daily life. An event highlight is her aura drawings.

Price includes:
  • All activities - meditation, yoga, snow shoeing, cooking class and lesson, human design and law of attraction workshops
  • All food - deliciously prepared meals, happy hour including local beer and wine, and tips to compensate the wonderful waitstaff.

Price does not include:

  • Your flight/travel accommodations to Stoney Creek, NY (about one hour, fifteen minutes from Albany International Airport)
  • Any alcohol you care to consume beyond what is offered during scheduled happy hours and meals.
Our guided meditation offerings allow you to start your day with clarity and enter into it with a renewed sense of calm. Beginning each day with this intention sets the stage for the transformational work we will do throughout our time together.
 Whether cozy in the lodge or out in the crisp autumn air, our twice daily yoga offerings are designed to invigorate your day and send you into restful evenings. From novice to advanced our group practice will provide just what you’re looking for.
Thursday night, all day Friday, Friday night (approximately 12 hours in total); you will learn how to align with your highest self and vibration and how to start manifesting more of what you want in your life.
Outdoor Activities
We will hike the beautiful trails (or snow shoe, weather dependent) and we plan on a moon light snow shoe.

Group Activities

In addition to the yoga, snowshoeing and workshops, the group will spend friday night in the kitchen with the lodge chef to learn how to cook hearty, healthy winter meals and have a very fun dinner. We're certain that there will be a dance party or a pajama party at some point during the weekend. It would be strange if we didn't!
